Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Site Plan Architects, we are committed to providing high-quality site plans with precision and care. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve designed a Return and Refund Policy that aligns with 2Checkout’s refund policies.

Money-back Guarantee

If your site plan is denied by your local building authority for reasons other than requiring a certified stamp from a surveyor, engineer, or architect, you may be eligible for a refund after the second submission.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  1. Initial Correction: We require one opportunity to correct the issues cited in the first denial.
  2. Proof of Denial: You must provide official emails or letters from the relevant City/County authority specifying the reason for denial.
  3. Refund Request Timeline: Refund or redo requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  4. Accuracy Disclaimer: We create site plans based on publicly available data and client-provided information. If any discrepancies arise due to incorrect data provided by the client, we will make necessary corrections if notified promptly.

Refund Process:

  • After the second denial, if corrections fail to meet your local authority’s requirements, submit a copy of the official denial letter.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • Custom Work: All sales for custom hourly work are final.
  • Site Assessment: Before drafting, we review your property using satellite imagery. If we anticipate difficulties in creating an accurate plan, we will notify you. You may choose to provide more specific details or receive a full refund.

Before Placing Your Order:

  1. Check Local Requirements: Ensure you understand the level of detail required by your city before purchasing a site plan.
  2. No Site Surveys: We do not offer certified site surveys. If required, you must hire a licensed land surveyor.
  3. No Plan Stamps: Our site plans are not certified. If your city mandates a stamped plan, consult a licensed surveyor, engineer, or architect.

Record-Keeping and Revisions:
